It comes as no surprise to me that Engr.Edgar “Ed” Baisas and his wife,Janice Palmes Baisas, have built a successful career in real estate as accredited property specialists and rental experts in Cagayan de Oro.Both possesses top-notch professionalism and a genuine,deep-seated love for helping people.
Ed,an engineer by profession,is a former senior mall manager for the largest mall developer in the Philippines. His exceptional track record in management and networking successfully led him to manage major shopping malls both locally and internationally within the same company.
Janice,on the othand, holds a degree in Biology-driven by an initial dream of becoming a doctor to hel those in need. She is a licensed teacher who gained extensive experiences across Northern Mindanao with a major corporation.Additionally, her time working with a regional national government office sharpened her ability to connect and coordinate with people from all walks of life.
I am incredibly happy to see them working side-by-side to achieve their dreams.
They are powerhouse team that embraces challenges, takes decisive action, and consistently delivers outcomes that exceed the satisfaction of both their clients and partners.
Congratulations,Ed and Janice-the ultimate rental experts!
