Now I made 10,000 Pesos monthly passive income and today I started to invest in Passeo Grove @ 4,447/month only now left more than 5,000 pesos a month as my savings

2. I bought a pre-Selling Condo Beside Waterfront Lahug (Great Location ) at Php 2.4M Pre-Selling price. After 4yrs.,  I sold it for Php 2,900,000 Million and my cash out was only Php. 350,000.00 equity spread over a period of 36months.
