Just like water turning into wine…

Every beautiful story is like a journey. A journey that shapes your character, tests your faith and builds your wisdom. Cebufirst Realty Ventures corporate story may sound ordinary, just like any other rags to riches fairy tale, but it’s mission in helping people find their way to a better life through real estate is an exceptional one.

Founded by an ordinary couple, reared from ordinary families, Bhonie and Evelyn with their son Kerr Allen,  took the courage, in fulfilling it’s mission to build dreams and grow people. It’s not a walk in the park,  real estate is tough. It requires a high degree of motivation, adequate training, and emotional stamina to keep your business upfloat.

When Cebufirst Realty Ventures gained it’s independence in 2015, no one seemed to believed that we can survive!  We only have our ordinariness in us, our faith in God and the principle that we carry in every business endeavor  “If you do good, good things will follow, and if you are persistent in doing good, you will become great.” Greatness maybe an ambitious word, but as long as you persevere, and focus in your mission without surrendering  no matter what, Cebufirst will rise triumphant!

Expanding it’s horizons, Cebufirst Realty Ventures opens its doors in Davao City in July 2015, which paved the way for Fullworth Properties and Realty, now one of Top Performing Realty firm in Mindanao. Fullworth and Cebufirst hand in hand will become instruments of transforming peoples lives, from nothingness to abundance, from weakness to strength, a life well-lived for every Cebufirst and Fullworth family member.

Cheers!
