Home buyers prepare to buy houses in long term equity that is why even if it will take 8to 12 months to construct, buyers will just put the earnest money or sometimes stretch the down payment over 12 months.
The latest House he built was in Mandaue City where i accidentally meet him when my good friend-investors who bought from me a 2 Bedroom condo in Ayala Center 8 years ago, ask my help to look for a brand new house with at least 4 Bedrooms, with 3 Car Park, inside high end subdivision & near shools and universities. Great! We found one!
